You need to ship the pump separate from the shampoo. My bottle arrived a mess. Had the bottle been sealed that wouldn’t have happened. The cap on this bottle does not have a good tight fit which also could have attributed to the problem

I love this shampoo. Bummed that it leaked in route to me cuz it’s not cheap. I don’t like that If I want a replacement for a poorly packaged item that I have to spend time taking it back to town to ship it for a replacement.

I have platinum blonde hair, and this shampoo is awesome! This is NOT a purple toning shampoo for blondes, just in case you are looking for that. Paul Mitchell does have a purple toning shampoo called "Platinum Blonde Shampoo." The "Forever Blonde Shampoo" is a light purple shampoo and takes a quarter sized amount to get a great lather. I have a lot of fine hair that is super long (to my shoulder blades). It makes a lot of suds, but it doesn't leave your hair feeling stripped. My hair feels clean after using and very soft to the touch. The smell is amazing, and doesn't smell like a lot of the old lady flower smells in other shampoos. My hair is definitely brighter after using, and I pair this with the Paul Mitchell "Forever Blonde Conditioner." I use this shampoo every other shampoo, since I switch off with a toning purple shampoo to keep my platinum hair white. The "Forever Blonde Shampoo" is perfect for those blondes looking to cleanse, soften, and brighten their blonde do! ... show more

My daughter has blond, curly/kinky hair (natural) and this, plus the conditioner is amazing for her natural hair. It's not watery (like the other blonde shampoo and conditioner by Paul mitchell). It's creamy and doesn't weigh down her hair. It's light like her hair needs, and moisturizes the curls.
