I finally found a shampoo that actually gives my hair volume and helps with the frizz from my grey hair. Even my hair stylist noticed how much more volume my hair had. It help make my hair softer, I do have to use a keratin leave in conditioner, to help me with the frizz.

I have used this product for years and my hairdresser suggested that I combine it with Re-Works or Extra Body Sculpting Gel for a fuller look. I read the reviews that said this shampoo doesn’t lather and although it doesn’t lather on the first try, if you rinse your hair and put a tiny amount on for a second wash it lathers really well. The new bottle I ordered lathers like crazy the first time so I’m guessing they heard the complaints and changed the formula? My routine is to shampoo my hair and when I get out and my hair is still damp I take either Re-works which is a white cream or the clear Extra Body Sculpting Gel and work it through my hair before blow drying on low. It only takes a small amount for my short hair and it gives my gray hair extra body, fullness and shine that lasts, without looking heavy or flaky. This works for the shampoo that doesn’t lather and the new Paul Mitchell shampoo I just ordered.

I rotate between three different shampoos and Paul Mitchell is one of them I use not only this one, but I also use the color one. They are a great product. You can go a couple days without washing your hair and you would never know and your hair does not Become oily. I really like the scent of this shampoo and the value for the money for something that’s gonna work great is worth it. I give it five stars.

Its just ok shampoo for me. Honestly it was between PM and Biolage….. Biolage is better. More expensive though….. so this one you can use in the meantime kind of thing.

This shampoo has only a light fragrance, which is a relief. It leaves my flat but shiny, thinning hair very clean, and I use a body spray on it as it dries. My hair is soft but it stands up from my scalp, which is all I expected.
