This product was suggested as one to help those with curly hair - who air dry - control frizz. I slather it on to very wet hair and comb through. It gives me nice curls and makes my hair feel less coarse. I do follow it up with "Roz" hair oil as my hair still frizzes, but my hair is a natural gray from older age. I need more than 5 stars for this review. 5, is simply not enough. Paul Mitchell's Clean Beauty Everyday Leave-In Treatment is positively phenomenal. I wash my hair at night. The first time I tried this leave-in, when my hair finished drying, it looked SO darn good, I wished I hadn't already taken my nightly Melatonin so I could go somewhere with my hair looking as good as it did...even the grocery store would have been fine! (I'm not kidding!) After washing and towel drying my hair, I started with 3 pump's worth of leave-in which turned out to be sufficient to cover my thick, shoulder length hair. I simply dispensed the conditioner into my hand, rubbed my hands together and ran the conditioner through my hair. Per the directions, I then used a comb to evenly distribute . I will include a photo to show you how much conditioner is dispensed in ONE pump. (I don't know if its just my bottle but when I used it for the first time, I had to pump it quite a few times before it finally dispensed. I was actually close to just removing the pump and squeezing the bottle to get some conditioner out but then it began to come out of the nozzle. . It has worked perfectly fine ever since. Not a big deal at all, just in case this is how every bottle is, I wanted to make you aware you might need to pump a bit the first time you use it.) This leave in is so light and creamy. It doesn't weigh my hair down nor does it cause my hair to look/feel oily, greasy, hard or crunchy. After applying, I allowed my hair to air dry as usual. When it was dry, I was floored. I literally stood in front of the mirror and said, "Oh my God!". I was SO excited. I'm about to be very vain here...my hair looked beautiful. It was absolutely perfect as if Paul Mitchell himself had styled it. I cannot recall if there was ever a time in my life I felt my hair was perfect. THIS was absolute perfection. Every strand was in place. My natural waves and curls were gorgeous. My hair was soft and incredibly shiny. I do have thick hair but its thinning around my scalp area due to aging. That wasn't the case after using this leave-in. The thinning hair looked like the rest of my hair. Out of all the 'fun' things that come with aging, my thinning hair has been the hardest for me to accept. To see it look natural and like the rest of my hair was just unbelievable. My hair had a nice bounce to it as well. It felt lighter even though it hadn't been cut. And it felt FRESH and ALIVE. Like it had woken from a long sleep. (Now you know why I wished I hadn't taken my nightly Melatonin and wanted to go somewhere since it looked so good! lololol. ) It goes without saying, I love Paul Mitchell's Clean Beauty Everyday Leave-In Treatment. I love it so very much, I'm already signed up for Amazon's 'subscribe and save' plan. I WILL continue to purchase and use this leave-in. I must. It works THAT well and does SO very much for my hair. I HIGHLY recommend this leave-in and I sure do hope everyone has as much success with it as I do! ... show more
