I really like this shampoo. It’s gentle on my hair and leaves a nice shine. I also like that Paul Mitchell products do not test on animals. That’s a deciding factor when I choose which products I will use.

My wife uses this shampoo and loves it. It's very popular, so much so that when we went shopping for it this week at our local stores, the shelves were empty. Might be a supply chain problem or maybe just too popular. I prefer supporting local businesses, but when they cannot provide the product I want in a timely manner (like right now), I have no problem shopping on Amazon.
