I initially ordered the Well-D Training System for both of my large dogs - one female and one male who weight 83+ pounds. While that system worked well on my lab/dane mix, it did nothing for my Chespeake Bay Retriever (the male). I ordered this system and it works like a dream! I have the setting at 4 and don't have to use the shock feature as the vibrate is sufficient. When I encountered an issue, I reached out to the seller and their response was immediate. They were responsive, helpful, and replaced the collar which had stopped functioning. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for your large dog. The kit that accompanies it is complete and includes a 'spreader' which helps provide correction when needed. This is an AMAZING collar and the product support quickly replied (w/in 24 hours) and had a replacement mailed to me within 48 hours of being notified. I cannot recommend them enough! I had high hopes for this collar, and only used the "sound" and "vibrate" options. I don't like the thought of the electric shock option. With that said, my dog responded favorably to the "vibrate" option - until it stopped working. I thought at first the battery needed to be charged, but that wasn't the case. I had charged it the night before and had just pulled it off the charger. The company immediately reached out to me, send me a replacement, and continually checked in with me to make sure it was working properly. I can't remember the last time a company really cared if you liked their product or not after they got your money! It's a breathe of fresh air. If you purchase from this company, know they will stand behind their product!

When new, this unit worked great. Worked as advertised. About 2 months ago, the parent units battery stopped working. Will not charge. The charging port is completely fine and tried different cables. The unit just crapped out. Expected this to last at least 3-4 years

This is the first collar I’ve found that’s worked on my long haired Shepard. The multiple features ( tone, vibrate, and shock) are pretty handy as well. The collar will fit any animal due to how long it is.

We have used 4 different types of Electronic Collars. This one has the best collar that is very easy to adjust. The range of the collar is over 3500 ft. We live on 39 acres and our very active oversized 90 lb 2yr old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog can travel anywhere and still get the sound on his collar and command to come back. I mounted the controller on the provided lanyard so I won't lose it. I connected the whistle to the lanyard too. My voice may not travel to the farthest point on the property, but the whistle does. Our very stubborn "I can't hear you" oversized puppy can now hear me and returns. The shock part of the collar has a tester so you can determine what level you might need. The shock on this collar has many levels. I have adjusted this to a low level that works well with our short-coated dog. By using a combination of the beep and vibration we have been able to train our dog to no longer chase the UPS truck. Our UPS driver carries cookies and our dog loves him. But if he does not come down the driveway our dog wants to chase him. This collar allowed us to stop our dog from chasing the UPS truck on the road more than 2000 feet from our home. I give it 5 stars. Top features: Adjustability, shock flexibility with a tester, a whistle, and a clicker to assist with close training.

Purchased this in May 2023. Has been a great training tool for our great dane. In December the collar broke . Had a replacement sent within a week and we are back to regular training.
