They market this as 10 x 12 but it isn’t. It’s 9x9 on the inside of it. Probably 10 x 10 total. The canopy is ridiculously hard to get completely on. I cannot get one corner on on both the top and bottom tiers. I was able to put it together myself. Would recommend at least a second person, but it doesn’t need 5 people like the instructions claim you do. The screens don’t fit around the outside of the structure, which makes no sense as that would make them more stable. Overall, however, it is a nice canopy for the price. Just wish I could get the darn canopy pieces on all of the way…. I would recommend maybe trying to put the canopy pieces on first and then putting the top up, if you have help. ... show more

It fell apart within a few months of owning it. The metal rusted and broke on some of the connector pieces and it really doesn't do well in the wind.

But it did the job, built for my in laws. They like it for a good place to sit to stay away from bugs. But the base does not stay flat even if you zip up all the sides. As you can see the bricks on the floor the purpose was to keep bugs out. We plan on stapling it down for them to the wooden floor.
