I bought the set after reading after reading the reviews about how it was a great product and had a better customer service team. The 10 piece set was exactly as advertised and not too expensive . The pieces did fit in my 12’ x 16’ gazebo. The is very sturdy and color of the wicker and the cushions matched the pictures. The instructions were detailed but still took some time to assemble. I wanted to purchase another propane patio heater table along with the original set and could not find it on their page. So I got in contact with the seller and Anessa responded within 24 hours and gave me the price it would be and created the item link for it so I could purchase it. She also sent me the individual tracking numbers for the furniture boxes as it was a total of 6 boxes with the additional patio heater. This was helpful for planning to be home on that day it was delivered. Anessa was in contact with me throughout the whole process making it a wonderful experience. I will order from them again.

The item is just as described. Directions were a little hard to figure out, but we were able to put it together. The cushions are very comfortable. We love that we can change the look of the couch by moving the pieces around.

It takes forever to put together but some of the bolts just didn't want to fit right, but eventually it was altogether. It is versatile to where you can have all different configurations. The set is beautiful to me and worth every penny. We had no damage to any of our pieces. So far it seems to be strong.

I recently bought the Piltwoff 6 Pieces Waterproof Outdoor Patio Set, and I'm so happy with my purchase! This set looks fantastic and high quality. Every visitor loves it and it looks way more expensive than the actual cost. If I were you, I wouldn’t hesitate… you won’t regret getting it. Unfortunately, we lost one cushion during a recent storm with strong winds since we didn’t secure that one properly. However, the folks at Piltwoff went the extra mile to fix the issue. They responded quickly and sent a replacement cushion without charging me a cent. Their attention to customer satisfaction will have me ordering more from them. Regarding the furniture itself, it's fantastic. The materials are robust and waterproof but also so comfortable, so I can enjoy my outdoor space worry-free. Plus, the sectional sofa design offers plenty of seating for gatherings with friends and family. I recommend it to anyone looking for stylish and reliable outdoor furniture. Piltwoff has won me over!

For the price point, this sofa set exceeded my expectations! Instructions were pretty clear if you follow them. Lol. Holes all lined up, extra parts if needed, cusions are much better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this set.

Everything about this set is great. - Easy to assemble - Easy to configure the layout - Everything felt high quality - fast shipping - very durable - washable cushion covers - fire table was a breeze to build - lots of extra hardware - *** TOP NOTCH customer service. People complained about the shipping. Understand that it comes in 4 or 5 boxes. Each one arrived at different times. But it was no trouble. I'd rather have a box to start building sections sooner. You could also contact the seller, and get the individual tracking if you want. I decided to expand my set and sent a message to the seller. Within minutes I had a reply with a few purchase options. 1000% the best service I've ever had on Amazon. Thank you so much!!
