Works as expected, easy transfer of someone bedridden out of bed and into a wheelchair- also works as a wheelchair around the house. Two issues - a) the 4 split rings for the arm pins should be hinged rings, according to the instructions, but they sent split rings, which defeats the ability to quickly disassemble for easy transport in a car (saving 4 cents on a 500 dollar unit is just plain cheap!). And b) the packing and pieces reeked of stale cigarette smoke - had to scrub the thing down before using. But I do love the ease of use.

Easy to assemble extremely sturdy strong. I haven't used it yet but tested it on many family members definitely can hold 190 pounds.

Havent tried using lift yet. So i'll update later, husband is still in the hospital. Only 2 complaints. the directions . Translation isn't great, but I figured it out. The directions aren't clear on the last step on attachment of seat. But it's not rocket science. Not thrilled about how the back just rests in the holes of side arms. I feel it should be secured or fit snug but it's not.

I was excited about being able to transfer my paralyzed husband to the car. However, the product is very difficult to use and in the end did not accomplish its purpose. It did not fit under the bed and left my husband too far out of the care to transfer safely.

Where can you buy an extra sling so you can be washing one when you are using another. I realize that it come with two but one has a hole in it for toilet use and it is not as comfortable for the person
