Installation was easy and straightforward. I mounted a large radio and had to drill an extra hole in the bracket to secure the radio mount to the bracket. Also, Since there is only 1 bolt securing this bracket to the Jeep itself, there is some movement of the mount. Overall, I like the bracket. Is unit is mounted to a GMRS 50w Btech Transceiver. Easy to reach from the driver seat to switch channels and control the volume, works great.

    • Not a good nount
The mount is held to my jeep with one bolt. This means it is not secure and the radio rocks back and forth on the one screw. Went to an overhead Mille panel and solved all the issues and added more storage inside at the same time.

If you have a 2 door Jeep, it will limit how far your front seat will travel forward. If you have passengers in the back seat they will have to get in through the driver side 😕.
