Bought this for my wife, I have a Traxxas slash 4x4 Brushless that's about 12 yrs old now and still runs grrat....I bash the hell out of it....so I thought I would get my wife a car to run with my son and I......I was very impressed with the rustler.....its so much fun to drive.....it has larger wheels than my slash which helps it glude over everthing.....we run in grass and cement and in the grass the rustler gludes effortlessly......my poor slash has to work a alot harder to keep up.....The rustler in the air is very balanced and response especially on a 3s Lipo....I loved her car so much I am buying one for me.....Its a great all around car that's really sturdy and us a hell of alot of fun to run....Keep in mind if you run the thing head first at full throttle into a wall or clip a tire you are going to break somthing....however it holds up to jumps, and tumbles and roll overs very well.... ... show more

I've owned this car for a month and I've replaced everything on this car. Im not a hard basher and I hardly jump this thing ive seen people be way worse and i still cant keep it running. If you are looking for a money pit this is the car for you haha. So far I've broke rear bulkhead, stock shocks, driveshaft/axle, stock tires, wheelie bar, stock servo(isjunkbtw), bearings in rear hub housing, rear differntial, plastic spur gear(upgraded to metal), rear hub carriers. That's just what I can think of. Do yourself a favor and buy the TRAXXAS RUSTLER ULTIMATE. Save some $ and time. ... show more
