The fit is good and the material feels nice. The construction is very decent. But then you realize there is a large patch of strange plaid across the shoulders. This would be a 5-star product except for that weird decision in coloration. Most of the product photos do not show that part. The only one that did showed a full rear view so i thought it was one of the other color choices. Nope. This jacket worked well for my husband during an October trip to Europe. It was lightweight enough to pack easily or carry when the weather was warm, and it offered the right amount of protection when autumn suddenly hit and the weather turned rainy. The fit was good. We didn't realize before ordering that the back was patterned, and we both would have preferred if the jacket was all black, but that wasn't a big deal. Also, the jacket arrived with an indelible white line in the dark fabric in the back. This may have occurred during shipping. What I like: It's a suitable (pun intended) coat, but more for casual situations if you can help it. The sleeves and cut are sufficient. Buttons function without issue or pulling when left undone. What I dislike: The mixed pattern. In person, it's much worse looking than on the listing. It looks so out of place. I will be able to use this more with jeans and a hoodie for smart casual situations than wearing to court with a suit.
