Upon receiving I discovered that there were parts for holding the shades on the lamps that were missing. Amazon said they didn't stock the parts and I messaged directly to the company and they responded quickly and shipped out the parts immediately. I really like the look of these lamps. They were just what I wanted, not to big and not to small. I like that they are 3 way lamps and that you can touch them to turn on and to make brighter. Sometimes the touch doesn't work on the first tap, but that wasn't that big of a deal to me because they ultimately work. The only criticism is that I don't like seeing the clips that the shade hooks into. You can see what I'm talking about in the picture, however, it isn't that bad. I love these lamps, but unfortunately one of them does not turn on and off very efficiently on the touchpoints of the lamp. It's frustrating when I'm unable to get the lamp to turn off and have to loosen the bulb as a result. The shades are also a bit odd as they velcro together.

I was skeptical about having to assemble the shades but it was very easy and they look great. Downside: the socket was bent on one lamp and the whole lamp seemed to lean after it was assembled. I was able to bend the harp so it looks OK. The touch to turn on and dim does not work the greatest on one lamp. I like having the charger port but it is VERY slow. My tablet does not even charge completely in 8 hours. ... show more

I love those lamps. They are good quality. The touch on off is great. I don’t care for the white lamp shades or how they are assembled. They easily fall apart.

If return these of it were simpler to do. First, the self assembly was incredibly annoying as it pointed out the value of my purchase - or lack there of. Velcro shades, really? Is that a thing🤔 Secondly, read the fine print; it only charges at 5 volts. The only thing that's good for is the little fan I'm using purchased here, that'd barely as big as my hand. The lamp itself is okay, 3 settings touch. If I'd return if I could easily and try something else. It wasn't worth it to me and I'm not a fan of build a bloc stuff either otherwise I could've gone to ikea🤷🏾♀️ *UPDATE*UPDATE* 7/18/23 HAPPY TO SEE CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS. I purchased a smaller set for my living room a few months ago and loved them so much that I purchased a larger set for my bedroom. The shades are easy to assemble and the seam is easily hidden.
