Loved how it was packed. Like the style. I wasn't hard to assemble. very little to it. concerned about putting the belt on but that ended up being easy. Looks good, like the sound. Wish it had more bass but overall seems like a very good record player. Wish I could stack the 45's but wasn't able to find a player that would do that . I bought this because it read like it had a good stylus vs some cheap version in other record players. Also, the company seems reputable and came with offer to help with anything or call them if there's a concern or a problem. Liked that a lot.

I should start by saying my husband was talking about a specific brand record player he wanted, and I somehow accidentally still ordered the wrong one 🤣 the good news though, is that he absolutely loves this record player!! I was really nervous because he’s very particular to sound systems, speakers, and while I may think something sounds fine he notices the details. Not only is the sound clear and fantastic, it is so loud! We can turn it up halfway and still hear it upstairs. He’s thrilled and I am happy :)

The media could not be loaded. Such a beautiful record player! I was looking for a retro- looking record player to match the aesthetic in my office, as well as to play in the background while I work. I am obsessed with this. I would say 3 out of 4 times I’m on a zoom with someone for the first they comment on it. It was very easy to set up and sounds great! 10/10 would recommend

Excellent sound and smooth operation. This is a really beautiful unit and I enjoy listening to it every day.. The sound quality seems excellent to me however, I am not an audiophile! I keep the turntable in my backyard shop and at mid volume I can clearly hear the music on the other side of the backyard. It fills the area nicely and doesn’t sound like it’s coming from a Bluetooth speaker. The customer service for this company is fantastic. I had an issue where the cover was out of square slightly, and it was rubbing that so gently against the size of a few of my records. For most of them, it did not do that. I tried to adjust it Without success. . I contacted customer service and they replied immediately. After sending them a video they issued me a complete refund. Unfortunately, shipping it back to have it repaired would’ve been too expensive so I am still enjoying my unit and just keep the lid open while I’m playing records. Overall, I think this was a great buy, and I really enjoy having it, and recommend it!
