  • Solid cord for a good price
Color: 25FT
I run anywhere from 24-32 amps (constant during the time it’s in use) through this cord for 4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week. So far neither the female or male end is getting warm, and certainly not hot. It has a thinner rubber jacket around the wire than my last cord (my previous cord was a $250 industrial cord, but it burnt out after many years of use… not sure if it was the work load described above or the years of use previously with a welder in a sporadic manner). On this cord, the male plug is a little smaller overall and lacks the little handle for removing it from the socket, but the female end is just as robust if not more so. The thinner covering makes it more maneuverable, if nothing else. Anyway, for $75 compared to $250, this wire is holding up really well so far. If anything changes I’ll update my review, but so far it’s running perfectly after about a month or so. If it continues to perform as well I’ll update as well. I’d recommend it as of now, and if you’re just using it for regular applications (like welding sporadically, etc) then it’s clearly more than enough, and for a great price. ... show more

  • absolutely love it!
Color: 25FT
This is a freaking monster of a cable. I’ve used it already and it works perfectly. I love the light that lets you know that it’s got power to it. There’s nothing that I can find to dislike, this is an awesome purchase and I can comfortably recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an extension cord for a 50 amp circuit to use with the necessary machines. ... show more

  • Works on my cheap 220 welder
Color: 50FT
Worked perfectly for my cheap stick welder, I had it set to about 100-120 amps, the cord did not get hot while in use and it did not trip the breaker.

  • This cord is very heavy-duty and great quality.

I have liked everything about this cord. I know jave two of these cords. They sent me a cord wrap this time to hang it up also very nice. Thanks again from one happy customer. 😊 This cord is an excellent value.

  • 8ga 3wire 15ft extension cable (cord)
Color: 15FT
The only thing I dislike is it has the wrong type of male ground prong on the male plug. It has a round shaped ground prong "O" Instead of a "U" shaped prong that is standard on the female receptacle, this is used for a 240vac welder. It was extremely difficult to insert this plug into the female receptacle and just as hard to pull it out because of the incorrect ground prong. ... show more
