I bought two of these chairs. They’re extremely easy to put together. They come into boxes so that you could put the top part into the bottom after you get it into the room that you want so it is very easy to assemble. It is a nice soft leather. The chairs are very comfortable, and the massage goes from the very bottom of the chair where your ankles would be all the way up to the top of the back of your head. It also has the heat feature, which, after a long day at work, these chairs are extremely comfortable to finally relax the day away. Unfortunately, the remote that came with these did not work. 😢 But I contacted the seller and they have been more than quick to rectify all the issues. And making everything right. They have gone above and beyond to send several remotes for the heat and massage part. The chairs are beautiful very very comfortable. This chair is wonderful. It assembled easily. The reclining, heating and massage are all superb. Not only that Parkol was a wonderful company to deal with. I had a problem with Fedex with the delivery, and Parkol refunded the delivery charge immediately. They could not have been more cooperative! All that being said, unfortunately I need to return the chair because my husband suffers from back pain and the chair is not comfortable for him as I hoped it would be. So far it is a great chair i originally wanted to buy 2 for my parents whom are 91 years of age, mom Alzheimer’s and dad Parkinson’s and bilateral knees bone on bone. Difficult to walk and this chair helps with standing them, it just does so much more than i had even thought to research! I only bought one and regret I had not bought the other. The price was just right and its functionality just fantastic, and leather it is leather that my own home only uses! Great on quality beauty just love it!
