I bought two of these chairs. They’re extremely easy to put together. They come into boxes so that you could put the top part into the bottom after you get it into the room that you want so it is very easy to assemble. It is a nice soft leather. The chairs are very comfortable, and the massage goes from the very bottom of the chair where your ankles would be all the way up to the top of the back of your head. It also has the heat feature, which, after a long day at work, these chairs are extremely comfortable to finally relax the day away. Unfortunately, the remote that came with these did not work. 😢 But I contacted the seller and they have been more than quick to rectify all the issues. And making everything right. This chair is wonderful. It assembled easily. The reclining, heating and massage are all superb. Not only that Parkol was a wonderful company to deal with. I had a problem with Fedex with the delivery, and Parkol refunded the delivery charge immediately. They could not have been more cooperative! All that being said, unfortunately I need to return the chair because my husband suffers from back pain and the chair is not comfortable for him as I hoped it would be.
