Works fantastic. I'm using this daily and for just over $100 it's well worth having. The little plastic tube bar that goes across the front (for entering/exiting) is a little awkward but I think they all have that design? I'm only 5'6 and can actually sit on the chair and duck my head inside comfortably (for more heat) rather than head sticking out the top like the photos. ... show more

I was missing one of the connecting devices for the poles...but I'll reach put to the company for a replacement. Other than that..I love the portable sauna, it's takes up little space in my bedroom, very easy to assemble and use. Since it's NOT recommended to use a ton of water to clean out after each use...I do use Clorox wipes which is cleaner than just water anyhow. Love it! ... show more

Good quality and I've had it for a week and have used it couples times.It does make you sweat! It was very easy to set up . I can fit In It with no problem , very spacious and still be able to use of my hands Playing with my phone while using this sauna It does make you sweat and heart rate does increase, i recommend using less than 30mins, and take a break if you want to do longer . Still think it's worth it even if I am not sweating as hard as I went to public sauna place, however it’s very convenient to use at home, I also have seen less puffiness in my body and felt relax after using it. ... show more
