So far, so good. I am a big fan of the black ink version of this pen (basically the best pen I have ever used), so when I saw the option to buy my beloved pen in multiple colors... Well... Need I say more? Ha-ha. I have used these to add a little pazaz to my notes here and there, and these will be useful for things like using adult coloring book, or crafting of sorts. Overall, I am happy with this product; they produce clean and clear lines, free of smudging, and the colors are pretty vibrant and as pictured, across the board. So I started writing my notes in colors to stay better organized, and I was getting frustrated trying to find a true rainbow set that wouldn’t dry up in days (I get yellow is a terrible color to write words in, but notes aren’t all just words.. and I like not having to skip yellow). I am berry happy with these! (I will update again when they dry out..) I love the colors (my forest green and turquoise look almost identical though.. barely a difference). They dry fast, write clear, and I will love using them for notes! ... show more

    • I love these pens, but occasional duds
I am a lefty notetaker who handwrites my class notes during class using multiple colors. I am a longtime user of Inkjoy pens, and often use up the whole ink cartridge with how much I write. Compared to other gel pens, the InkJoy pens are wonderfully smooth and the ink is bold (except for maybe the light green). The ink does not bleed, and the words come out very legible. I am not so sure about this batch of pens, though. They occasionally won't write, and then I have to run them a few times on another sheet of paper to get it running again, which is not ideal since I need to write really fast to catch up with the prof. I hadn't had this problem with the other Inkjoys, which might be why this one is cheaper? In my notes I mostly use red, blue, and black and occasionally light green since I have to scan my notes. The purple and dark green are usually too dark for the scanner to distinguish. The red and the pink and orange are similarly too similar. Teal and blue also rather close, but somewhat differentiable. Yellow is actually decent in the scanner, but it's yellow, so fewer use cases. ... show more

Yay! I love these pens and so do my students. And they also love the clicking, which drives me crazy. So, when I realized they come with a cap, I was ecstatic! These pens write so smoothly. I had a 8th grader tell me that the reason he did so well on grammar was because he took notes in these pens. I like to think it was my teaching, but I'll give credit to the pens as well. I prefer pens with caps and was pleased to see these pens with caps now. I have not had the issue that other have had. The pen cap sits quite snugly on the end of the pen while I am writing. Maybe it's an issue that has been corrected? Still writes the same as the others, so again, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. ... show more
