I’ve never had 0.9 lead in my mechanical pencils just 0.7 — Plus I loved that the eraser extends by turning at the top vs clicking up which is a nice feature.

    • Don't twist the pencil
Yes, these pencils write well, and yes their erasers are flimsy . . . but here's what I didn't read or understand. The trigger to advance the pencil lead is a protrusion halfway down the shaft of the pencil. If you hold pencils in one position only with no movement, this will not be a problem. However, if you're like me and mindlessly spin the instrument while writing, or just thinking, you will accidentally, and repeatedly, push the "advance lead" button and then have to re-adjust the length of the lead. ... show more
