These are the best mechanical pencils! I love how thick they are. I would say they would be good for kids learning to write as well. They don’t brake easy. The only thing is that when I use them I typically play with the eraser taking it off and putting it back on. Which eventually wears down the erase and will not hold the eraser. Such a great tool! I wish I had these when I was younger in school. It writes like a pencil, but no need to sharpen it and doesn’t break its lead so easily like a mechanical pencil. It is easy and comfortable to use. My kids prefer to use this over a regular pencil and it comes in such fun colors.
