For the very affordable price I didn't know what to expect. But I love my new sofa. Have had it for about 2 months now and it is still just as comfortable. What I really love about it is how long it is and how much space it has. Absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. Set up was quick and easy. Quality is amazing. ... show more

Good couch, thin back cushions

It’s always scary making furniture purchases on Amazon without testing the item out, but I am impressed with this couch overall. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It is more of an off white/ grayish white than a beige but I still like the color and don’t mind. For comparison, my walls are a pale beige and the couch is lighter than the walls. It is longer than I expected and I can easily lay down on the whole couch with half a foot or more of extra room at the end. I’m 5’2”. The couch is also lightweight and when the package arrived they left the heavier box at the base of my apartment stairs and the lighter box was set by my door. I shoved the heavier box up the stairs on my own without too much trouble. I also put it together on my own fairly easily. The bottom cushions are plenty cushy and feel nice. They’re comfortable enough to sleep on. The back cushions however were extremely flat and under filled. You couldn’t sit or lean back on the couch comfortably in any way. I fixed this by buying large pillow inserts and stuffing them myself, and now the couch is at a 4.5/5 stars in my opinion. Without the back cushions being filled it isn’t usable and I would’ve rated it a 2/5. The other .5 star I’ve knocked off is because the armrests are basically just wooden cubes with the thinnest foam imaginable on top. They are not comfy to lean on and you’ll need throw pillows. This doesn’t bother me too much, but it would be nicer to have comfier armrests. Good luck on your couch search! ... show more

Comfortable and cute
Review Image by Deborah Amiga Deborah Amiga
The shipping was fast, got it about a week before the projected arrival. Both boxes arrived on the same day. Very easy to put together, not very many steps. The cushions are stated to take a day or so to fully expand, but it seemed at about 95% within 15 minutes. Like another reviewer stated, the back is a fabric panel that is velcroed to the back of the arms. I have mine up to a wall so no problem, but it's not unsightly. Cushy side I would rate it at medium, not soft and not super firm. Just right for me. Like that I can stretch out on it (I'm 5'6") and my dog can snuggle next to me since it is fairly deep. I got the white and am very pleased with how it looks in my small apartment. ... show more

Don’t buy this crap
From day one, we've been having problems with this couch. The material is cheap, and when we sit down, we end up falling because the cheap piece of wood that holds the seat cushions together came off. It's important to note that it's only my girlfriend and me who sit here, and we don't weigh much. The entire logistics behind this assembly are poorly executed. I wouldn't recommend this couch to anyone. Please consider purchasing something else. ... show more

The Most Perfect Cream Colored Couch
Review Image by Sunrise Darling Sunrise Darling
I was on the hunt for a mid-sized cream colored couch for my open floor living room. I first seen the seller on Walmart and the reviews were mixed. I happen to fall upon their advertisement once more for the same couch on Amazon. I was hesitant based on the reviews but decided to purchase it anyway. The height of the couch is great for anyone 5’6, the width of the seats are large enough to fit 3-4 people comfortably. I love my couch, it’s sturdy and the guys who came to put it together did so under 40 minutes. ... show more

Wide, stiff, irritating but looks okay
Color: Grey
I bought mine as a sofa for daily use but for guests to sleep on if and when I have them. After having my three seater sofa now for just under 1-year, I do appreciate it is wide but cushions move around and I am constantly having to push them back or pull up pillows from falling down behind seat cushions ugh, some sitting areas feel a bit sunken and otherwise other areas are a bit stiff especially for sleeping. Most of the time I’m irritated by the sofa but note, I did also spray scotch guard on it so my kids don’t stain it and that has really worked so great for not seeing stains but for $550, I would recommend buying another piece that’s more impressive ... show more

Ships in two boxes, and couch is uncomfortable
Color: Grey
Couch arrived, I then put it together to find out the seat cushions didn't come with the box. It doesn't say anywhere on the packaging that there is another box that goes along with it but the seller can provide both tracking numbers. The second package arrived nearly two weeks after the first. Like all most of the other reviews, I find the absurdly thin back padding to be unsatisfactory and the whole couch is cheaply made. I had to replace the bolts (8mm x 1.25) that hold on the lower support braces, the plastic bolt heads (why!?) broke right off while finger-tightening them. Also, the entire construction is reliant on gravity to hold it together; so if you need to move it more than a few feet (or move it at any non-flat angle) you'll get to watch the couch disassemble itself. I'll probably end up just giving/throwing this thing away If I can't get the seller to take it back. I only paid $400 for this couch (plus $50 shipping) but still feel ripped off. Lesson has been learned though: don't buy furniture from a website. ... show more
