I was apprehensive ordering a couch on Amazon. But im so glad I did. If you are looking for a huge sectional, this isnt it. Its a normal size couch and seats about 6 or maybe 7. We needed a smaller size for a specific room and this one is perfect. Just the right size for me and my husband and our two dogs. It came in two large boxes. Others have said you need to open the cushions to let them expand for a few days. I did mine the day before and they fluffed up perfect. Definitely make sure that you check inside every part because rhey store the cushions inside the arms and the drawer for the chaise lounge. The couch was easy to put together. Took about an hour. The back is a little low but still comfortable. The width of the seats is just right. It does sit a little low to the ground but I dont mind that. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures. And I love the texture of it. Its really soft. One cool feature is the fact that the seat cushions zip to the back of the couch so they wont slide off. PROS : Love this couch. It is slightly smaller than expected but includes usb for charging phones and two cup holders (the equivalent of girls clothes having pockets 😂) The chaise lounge can realistically go on either side. The base has storage. The fabric is very comfortable. The cushions do need some time to inflate to size. I wouldnt sit on it right away.. CONS : two of my sitting cushions came with zippers on the wrong side that attach to the back of the couch. I contacted the seller in hopes of getting new ones to fit in the couch. The chaise lounge base does NOT have anything to lock into. Be careful as it does move occasionally. This took 3.5 hours to build. It was very tedious as my husband didn't have an Alan bit the size I needed to get it done faster. If your doing it by hand it's gonna take awhile. The back cushions aren't very level when you put them in. I made it work to the best of my ability. Comfortable enough for guests to sleep on . Sturdy enough for kids to play on. Grey is more a blue grey shark-like color. Not really a con or a plus but the cup holders are shallow compared to some others I've seen. They are about 2 inches deep. The quality is pretty good and it looks sturdy once all put together. I would give 4.5 stars. AND IT CAME EARLY. always a plus. Would buy again. Once again hoping the seller sends two new cushions to replace the onces wrongly made. ... show more

Do not BUY! I was very excited to receive this couch as it was reasonably priced and the dimensions and photos looked good. Well it wasn't! The height dimensions are off by about 4-5 inches so this couch is definitely shorter then expected. The cushions were super flat as soon as I opened the package (my bedroom pillow had more cushion) But I decided to wait the 4-6 days as mentioned in the description. I looked up youtube videos on tips to make the cushions fuller, nothing worked! By the 6th day I decided no way I'm keeping this couch. ALL the cushions are still flat! my daughter got hurt on the metal between the two cushions because there is no padding. I thought the USB worked since the light was blue, but when I attempted to use it a few days later, NOPE not working. My family came over and even thought the couches were used bc of how flat an cheap they looked. Nothing at all like the photo. This is my first buy on AMAZON where I'm completely dissatisfied because the description and photo is nothing at all like what I received. I'm still working with customer service to get a full return and refund. I may change this rating based on the service. But we are on the 3rd day of communication with them and still no resolution. It also started making a squeaky noise when I sat on the cushion and it's only been 6 days. DO NOT BUY! So not worth it!! I'll include the photos and video of the noise. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So for starters I was nervous because it only showed one tracking number, and one box. I messaged the seller, and they provided me with the other tracking number, and I was able to see both boxes! It came in two boxes right on time! I am very happy with my couch! Some really nice things about it are 1 it’s incredibly soft! 2 When I put in the bottom cushions, I realized that it has zippers that attached to the back of the couch, which is fantastic! This was a really great idea so that your cushions don’t slip around. I’m highly impressed with this!! It has a blue gray color to it. This was exactly what I had envision from the picture. It also came with all of the parts nothing missing! Be sure to check the armrest as all the back cushions are crammed in there. I started by opening up the boxes and getting all of the cushions out so that they could inflate while me and my 13-year-old daughter put it together. It took us about an hour and a half or so to put it together, not too bad at all it came with all the tools needed as well. I noticed on some of the reviews they said they thought it was a little smaller than what they had imagine but if you read the description, it tells you exactly how many inches it is. I just measured it out and it was true to size! Also for the price of the couch I had to give it five star. It’s not one that you just unboxed and inflates automatically lol you will have too do some work to put it together, but it’s not complicated at all. I highly recommend this couch. You will not be disappointed! I have also read that the back was flimsy on a few reviews but I definitely do not feel that way at all. I can see this couch lasting for years! The couch does sit low to the ground but I like that personally! I hope this review helps you make a good judgement on this couch because I went through almost every review before I bought it. Must watch the video!! I hate when I look at pictures that people post on reviews or videos. They’re very short and don’t do much explaining I try to put that in the video. It is a little over a minute long, but I wanted you to see some of the cool parts about this couch and how well it is built ... show more
