I ordered product on 12/15/23, received 12/22/23, expected delivery the week of 12/27/23. When my purchase arrived it was in a sturdy container, box form, the color beautiful, nicely wrapped, but I think that during the delivery process that the end caps came off and one side end cap was damaged, which means that when I picked up the box the bar began falling out the opposite end. I was able to catch it and there was a very very slight scrap on the end of the bar, which I not upset about. I kind of expected something considering the other reviews mentioned damages to their boxes. Overall I'm satisfied. I have a personal training who really likes the bar that I purchased, pink, 33 lbs.
