    • The Nicest Special Edition PS4 to Date!
Okay, I'm gonna preface this short review by stating that I'm an extremely long time gamer going all the way back to the Atari 2600 era. I'm not a fanboy of any console manufacturer nor do I "hate" on any. That said, I have never been able to warm up to the PS4. I do not like the interface and I especially do not like the controller. The exclusive games are okay, but that's how I feel about the majority of today's titles. Being a huge fan of racing games, the lack of a true Gran Turismo has made it even more difficult to get on the PS4 bandwagon. Anyway, those are my critiques and they are general of the Playstation brand circa 2020. So why did I upgrade from my launch PS4? Well, to put simply, FFVII-R. Even though I have little hope that this remake will in any way live up to the 1997 classic, I do know the OG PS4 is not up to the task of the game. As somewhat of a collector I often purchase limited edition consoles and as a tech geek I also like to keep up. So when I came across this edition, I figured why not? Not that my opinion means more than anyone else's, but as someone with an art background I can say this console is artistically the nicest PS4 I have seen. I especially love the crystal yellow controller, even though I'm not a fan of the controller itself. I am BEYOND happy with this purchase. I’ve been wanting to replace my original PS4 PRO with the Death Stranding one ever since I fell in love with the game. My PS4 PRO was starting to experience hardware failure so it was time to find a replacement. It’s a limited collector's version so these are hard to find, let alone find new. Most other sellers that I’ve discovered on EBAY had issues with their shipping (lackluster packaging, missing packages, damage upon arrival, etc). So I settled with this listing and I’m so glad I did! The PS4 was concealed inside another box, was well handled, had a “fragile” sticker slapped on the outside and... most importantly... was surrounded by bubble wrap! You can tell it was new and unopened (as advertised) by the valid Playstation sticker too! It runs so smoothly and swiftly, they definitely outdid themselves with this latest version of the PS4 PRO.     • Best Ltd Edition Console of all time!
I own multiple PS4 consoles, but this is my favorite! The design is great, and the white color stands out from an entertainment center full of black speakers and receivers. The special edition controller is gorgeous! So beautiful, in fact, that I have kept it in a acrylic case to preserve it! The design is based on the BB Pod for on the game, and the touch pad has Death Stranding printed on it. I love it! Speaking of the game... Death Stranding is proof that original games are still coming. The game is a pure joy to play! It’s beautiful, suspenseful, and the story is top notch. PS4 Pro is the king of this generation for a reason. Incredible exclusives, plenty of JRPG’s, shooters and more. It may not be as powerful as the One X, but it excels in every way a gaming console should! ... show more

This is the best model ps4 pro to date. This the quietest pro model I have used, I have tested games that are taxing on the console and ran it for hours and no loud fan noise! Plus this version has Death Stranding included ( physical copy )( if CIB). The console is a very nice design and stands out compare to the default black. The game itself is extremely addictive and fun, you must experience it for yourself. So overall a great buy for this bundle, I recommend buying it now since this console will become a collectors item soon. If you are using the console for a lot of gaming, buy a SSD for maximum enjoyment. ... show more

    • The Best “X-Edition” PS4. Period.
Purchased during quarantine to replace my standard Pro that broke. Paid a premium, but not even mad, really. This PS4 Death Stranding Edition looks sweet and I can confirm the rumors that this model runs much quieter and cooler than the previous models. Highly recommend.

    • Love the console
It's beautiful and performs perfectly. I get a lot of compliments on how nice this looks. With that being said, I didn't end up enjoying DS as much as I thought I might, but I have no regrets about buying this nevertheless. It's very unique, and a lot of the games I love are on PS.

I got just in time... Crazy how expensive it is it right now... Barely used it, and could still sell it and profit... Nonetheless, I got an excellent price, I've owned every PlayStation (released in U.S.) except PS5. The one I bought here, is awesome... You got PS4, here's the one to have...     • Pretty UPS Similator Console
Everything looked like it was in really good shape even got the box that came with the system and the game all look like it was brand new even though it was used. My only complaint would be it seems like the hard drive is failing in the system.
