I have no complaints whatsoever about the product - it's fully functional and aesthetically pleasing. It came in several shipments which of course is not surprising. When I received the first box, it appeared to have been damaged substantially and retaped, but I never thought that Parts might have fallen out and not been reinserted. When I ultimately received what I expected to be the remainder of the order, one pair of dumbbells was missing. I inquired with the seller and they asked that I simply send a photo of the label and the damaged box as it had arrived. I explained to them that I did not anticipate that something might have fallen out and expecting the rest of the shipment over the next few days, I did not save the packages nor did I take a photo of the label. They had a reasonable out to elect not to address my issue, but after my explanation they immediately shipped the missing set of dumbbells and I could not be more pleased. I felt like I ought to at least leave this review because it is refreshing to experience good customer service.

As described, wish I got a heavier set. Be careful of the demoniations on the weights, there are may options. Great product nevertheless and easy to assemble, all tools provided

These weights are just as described. There is a set of 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 15 pounds, 20 pounds, 25 pounds. Good variety of weights for my workouts. The weight stand requires assembly. There are no written instructions, but the diagram was still pretty clear. It did not show the sequence of steps you should follow, but it wasn't bad. It took me about 25 minutes, working on my own. You will definitely need pliers to be able to hold one end of the screws and tighten the other end. As other reviewers noted, there is a bit of an odor, but I honestly dont find it bothersome. It just smells like new rubber. Not offensive in the least. These seem like they will be great for my home workouts and I would definitely recommend. I only gave it four stars because of the slight difficulty in assembly the weight stand. **Added 5/21/2020: After having the weights for a couple of weeks now, one other issue with them is that the black rubber part does stain surfaces a bit. I have cushioned gym flooring in my basement and when I put the weights down on the floor, it leaves a mark. It does the same to my weight bench and leaves a residue on my hands as well. It seems to come off fairly easy by scrubbing with a towel (don't even need soap or cleaner), but a little bit irritating.**

These dumbbells are “as described“. Very nice set of weights, they came in three different boxes, one of the boxes came a little later than the other two. Setting up the rack was pretty easy. I used a socket wrench and an open end wrench and it worked great. I have to admit, the boxes that the weights came in were pretty beat up. But, the weights themselves came through with flying colors. No scratches or dings, everything looked great. I read other reviews about the weights having a smell about them. Mine did too, but it wasn’t too bad. I just let them air out for a few days and they’re OK now. The weights feel pretty comfortable in my hands. They’re a little bit tight on the rack, so just be careful with your fingers when you put the weights back into the rack. The weights look good. They definitely do what they’re supposed to do. I have a small little workout area in one of my bedrooms and they do not take up too much room. One thing that I really need to stress here is that the customer service for this company is outstanding. They kept in touch with me the whole way through the shipping process to make sure I got my weights. I did have an issue with some little push pins (they hold the plastic guards on the stand) that were broken or missing, I contacted the company and they sent me replacement pins. In fact the pins arrived the same day, the third box of weights showed up. This company really stands behind their product, and I’m so glad that I dealt with them and that they were so easy to work with. Thank you.

Perfect size for my living room!! I can’t say enough good things about this company’s customer service. Two sets of weights were lost in shipment. They responded in less than 24 hours and immediately sent replacements.

This was a really good buy. They are solid and look nice on the stand in the corner of my home gym. They feel good in my hands and the hex shape keeps them from rolling when I put them down. I think, however, that the company should find a better way to ship this product. It's very expensive and every box was severely damaged and re-packed by the shipping company. The risk with this is if something falls out of the box and it's re-packaged, you aren't getting everything. Luckily, I did.
