The media could not be loaded. Nowhere in the manual is it stated to be prepared for water to flow freely from the COIN TRAP after each use. Nowhere does it state that the coin trap isn't a coin trap but apparently a drain. If you have hardwood floors be careful! The only reason I gave a One Star review is because I couldn't review without giving one. From day one we had problems ,high pitched squelching noise and never did dry the clothes only used 7 times ,contacted the company requesting a new machine they sent parts and a technician that had to take it to the shop to work on it , do not buy this machine it is terrible and not worth the 1000 I spent on it !!!!! ... show more
