These dumbbells are “as described“. Very nice set of weights, they came in three different boxes, one of the boxes came a little later than the other two. Setting up the rack was pretty easy. I used a socket wrench and an open end wrench and it worked great. I have to admit, the boxes that the weights came in were pretty beat up. But, the weights themselves came through with flying colors. No scratches or dings, everything looked great. I read other reviews about the weights having a smell about them. Mine did too, but it wasn’t too bad. I just let them air out for a few days and they’re OK now. The weights feel pretty comfortable in my hands. They’re a little bit tight on the rack, so just be careful with your fingers when you put the weights back into the rack. The weights look good. They definitely do what they’re supposed to do. I have a small little workout area in one of my bedrooms and they do not take up too much room. One thing that I really need to stress here is that the customer service for this company is outstanding. They kept in touch with me the whole way through the shipping process to make sure I got my weights. I did have an issue with some little push pins (they hold the plastic guards on the stand) that were broken or missing, I contacted the company and they sent me replacement pins. In fact the pins arrived the same day, the third box of weights showed up. This company really stands behind their product, and I’m so glad that I dealt with them and that they were so easy to work with. Thank you.

I received the second half of my package today. Although, I had no clue it was coming two packages. Amazon didn’t show it as two. I think the driver didn’t realize it was two packages and forgot to deliver the second. Which showed up today. Over these weights and the stand seem to be of pretty good quality. When messaging the seller about the mishap she was straight to the point and showed any relevant information I needed. The response was very quick as well.

I really like the weights and it is great, the rubber doesn’t smell and they are comfortable handles as well. My only disappointment with this is the rack itself. I do believe the rack is cheap and it is hard to remove or put the weight back on the rack.

The product arrived on time and was well packaged. The weights themselves are well made, though they did need some cleaning upon arrival. I had an issue with the stand not properly accommodating the weights, which made it frustrating to use initially. However, the seller was very responsive and resolved the issue promptly. This is a great weight set. And the customer service is fantastic. The company tells you on the listing that due to the weight of the set that it ships in 3 separate packages. As soon as your order is placed the company reaches out to you with updated shipping information for all 3 packages. The first item that arrived for me was the stand. When I went to assemble it there was an issue with the bolts that came with. They were too small. There was also an issue with the little clips that hold the covers on the stand. Some were broken but I think that happened during shipping. I did reach out to the company and they immediately sent a replacement. The next package I received was the first set of weights, the 5s and 15s. Those arrived perfectly. The last package was the remaining weights, the 15s, 25s, and 30s. I had more trouble receiving this package but it was not an issue with the company. It was an issue with FedEx delaying my package for unknown reasons. But I reached out to the company again and once again the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely purchase from them again because I am very satisfied with my purchase but just knowing that they have customer service that is so helpful and resolves all issues immediately is really the best part.
