The heater stop working but the lightning worked , contacted seller quick response, basically suggested resetting the circuit breaker. So if you try this make sure you reset the circuit the fireplace is connected to, not sure reset all of them wait about half minute turn back on. To start, the fireplace is fantastic! The flame effect covers the entire clear glass area unlike others we have tried. The price for what you get is far superior to others 4 times as much. Customer service with Paolfox has been amazing! They responded to every question time and handled the remote control issue quickly. I have since referred them to several.of.my customers and will be installing many more to come. Very pleased and looking forward to doing more business with them.

The media could not be loaded. Don't it look purty? I've got compliments on this one. Honestly there's only one setting that looks realistic, but I'm happy for that. (And also happy that i don't have to deal with a real fire.) It throws a little heat, not enoughto make a noticeable difference. The fans is quiet but still can be discerned. I had someone install it for me do I can't vouch for that.
