So if you try this make sure you reset the circuit the fireplace is connected to, not sure reset all of them wait about half minute turn back on. To start, the fireplace is fantastic! The flame effect covers the entire clear glass area unlike others we have tried. The price for what you get is far superior to others 4 times as much. Customer service with Paolfox has been amazing! They responded to every question time and handled the remote control issue quickly.
