After reading the reviews, I was worried I would have a hard time setting up wireless printing from my MacBook Air…. Lo and behold, it was indeed tricky!! This worked for me (Model P2502W), Mac IOS 12.3.1 1. Download driver for the exact model on the website give in the instructions and install using the provided USB cord 2. Go to your Macbook settings > Printers & Scanners then select the Pantum printer that should be showing up on the left side window “Printers” 3. Click there button “Options & Supplies” and a pop-up window should come up. There should be a button “Show Printer Web Page”… click it 4. You should get to a webpage that allows you to adjust settings for your printer…. You will need to login first to change your printer settings - there will be a note on the default username and password to use the first time around, and then I highly recommend changing the password right away to your own secure one going forward. 5. On the Settings tab (see my photo), go to wireless settings on the left side menu > wireless network (click it) 6. Select the radial button “Turn on” if it isn’t already selected, scroll all the way down to the bottom and you should see a place for “Authentication”…. Add your wifi network name (if it isn’t there already) and your wifi password and click APPLY. 6. Unplug the USB and try printing a test page! *I also enabled AirPrint under “Machinery Settings” to allow printing from my iPhone I was blown away I was able to do this…. I’m not very techy techy, so you can bet I did a little dance when I heard the test pages get printed haha I hope this is useful for you and that all works out!! ... show more

Does just what it is supposed to do. Easy installation, small foot print, and works with USB cable or through wi-fi. I'm running Windows 10 and connection was really as easy. Just follow the instructions that come with the printer. I read one review where a purchaser wished that this could print wirelessly, it does! Have not needed any technical support so I can't speak on that. ... show more

    • Great value for a laser printer
We picked up one of these cheap Pantum laser printers several years ago and just replaced it with another. You can connect via a printer cable to your pc or print wireless from your laptop or phone. It is just a black and white printer. If you don't print a lot, ink jets printer will dry out or the nozzles will become clogged. Don't have this problem with laser printers. They print super fast. The replacement cartages can be just as much as the printer with a starter cartage but it's still worth the money. I found a really good deal and ended up just getting a new printer. ... show more

I like this compact small laser printer. It works well, good value, and does not take too much room. This is my first laser printer as I got tried with inject drying up since I do not print much. I keep this printer off and only turn it on when I need to print. Works every time. Good quality for basic printing of documents etc. I only regret not getting the printer + scanner option but I rarely need to scan so that is ok. ... show more

This printer was super easy to install, (I used the disc, but in the manual they give you detailed instructions on how to install if you don't have a disc drive) it took me all of about 10 minutes to install and get this printer going. I have a Mac, and I've found that it isn't easy to find a compatible printer. This printer installed beautifully, and the printing looks great! And its a great, compact printer for those who don't have a ton of space. ... show more

    • **does NOT connect to 5G for wifi. Be advised.
Ultimately, I wanted a Wi-Fi printer as this was advertised, but this does not even connect to a 5G network, as I was told by their customer service after purchasing and setting up the printer. This is just a basic hardwired printer.

I bought this printer to make my daughter’s wedding invitations. It was pretty quick and easy to set up. There is 3 different ways to do so. Because of my modem’s placement, it was easier to connect via USB but I have the option later to connect fully wirelessly. The print was perfect and dark enough for what I needed.
