The only "issues" I've had so far, which are trivial at best: The ad "boasts 10 RGB fans" when there are 9 fans and, lastly, my GPU power was touching one of the lower fans causing spin failure, which I needed to address. It's a fast PC and so far, works great. The fans keep the unit cool, so I suppose, I can look past the missing fan, that likely would not have fit. Holy moly I was so stressed after purchasing this prebuilt. EmpoweredPC has a very bad online reputation. I am very pleased to report that has not been my experience. I ordered their Panorama 96GB 5080 PC from Amazon. It shipped and arrived within the 5 day shipping window, albeit the last day. Packaging was professional and very safe. Even has a little vice to help the GPU stay steady during shipping. The build quality is excellent. Every part looks clean and new. Performance is exactly what I expect from the parts listed. Quiet fans and immaculate cable management. AIO cooler is mounted properly. Honestly it's beautiful, better looking than anything I've put together myself. Yes their phone number does put you in an endless queue. I am praying I do not have to RMA this PC or its components because I can tell it's going to be a rough experience. Running it on a 100 inch QLED in 4K @144hz. I absolutely love this machine! It runs all my games on the highest settings including ray tracing and you could not hear it running!! Accidentally left Spider-Man 2 running all night. Did not realize it until I turn the TV on and seeing that it was still running. The computer was completely silent!!
