What should I do if there is button or joystick lag? Turn on Game Mode in your TV settings. The lag comes from the TV's image processing, not a console fault. Can multiple players play together? Yes. Connect an external USB controller + USB hub — no complicated setup needed. Supports 3–4 players playing at the same time. How do I quickly find a game? When searching, enter the first letter(s) of the game name to quickly find your target game. Can I customize the joystick buttons? Yes. Press the black setting button on the back of the console to enter the backend, then long-press the coin button for 3 seconds to enter button customization. Save after setting. The console is connected and powered on, but the TV shows no picture. What should I do? Make sure the HDMI cable is firmly connected, and switch the TV to the correct HDMI input source. Some TVs require selecting the correct connection mode. If that doesn't work, power off, reinsert the memory card, and restart.
