When I was trying to do the initial sign in, the mouse pointer was jumping around the screen clicking on random spots. WHen trying to input name, account, etc. the mouse pointer was typing it's own junk in. I type pretty fast but I couldn't delete the junk as fast as it was typing it. From what I've read this is causes by Windows thinking the GPS is a mouse and loading a mouse driver connected to the GPS. The folks refurbishing these should have caught this and fixed it BEFORE sending it to the customer. I'm returing this and will NOT be ordering another one from these folks. ... show more

I have owned several PC tablets based on the ARM microprocessor and these blow them away. The OS loads very quickly and applications run very smooth. The build quality is excellent. They are quite unaffordable new but worth the price. These refurbs are a bargain. There only negative is they are not Windows 11 compatible because of the processor. Probably the reason so many refurbs are on the market as professional users upgrade. I purchased mine from Rugged Books. The unit almost cosmetically perfect and functions very nicely. Mine was supplied with post recalled battery that tested at full Amp/Hr capacity. I needed some technical support setting up the GPS and installing 1Tb SSD. Rugged Books always responded quickly and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Rugged Books!!! ... show more

I can't convey my feelings well... so, here: I was so excited, to get hold of this thing, I literally went "squee!!". For you children of the 80's: they smashed a whole Win10 desktop into a freaking Speak/Spell shell (they don't like brand names on this thing, I found), and let it have its own cell service. Wifi is mad fast ..... and the stylus works!!!!! Not just "use your finger" for signing, but almost a graphics tab interface. So....a computer and an etch-y sketch had a baby with a It's AWESOME. The seller(s) are stand behind their items, and will probably do anything short of voodoo, to help you; should you need it. I could go on, but you get the idea. ... show more
