Time consuming assembly.............
Size: Queen Display Height: 5.0 Inches
Directions are all pictures, no words. It takes some time to put together. It appears sturdy and has many support bars. The only tool you will need is a phillips screwdriver. Other tools are provided in the packaging. As long as you follow the pictures it is not difficult to assemble, but is consuming. It is helpful to have smaller fingers during a few steps due to tight spaces. I would recommend; it appears to be well made and comes with a nice box spring cover that attaches with velcro. Good value for the $$. ... show more

Not bad for the price
Size: Queen Display Height: 5.0 Inches
I've only had the box spring for less than a week, but so far so good. The directions have no words, simply pictures, so if you struggle with that, this is not for you. It also takes two people to assemble.

Pretty good box spring for price
Size: Full Display Height: 9.0 Inches
It's a little less quality wood than I thought it'd be but it still does the job. It's pretty comfortable and sturdy.

A NIGHTMARE TO ASSEMBLE
Size: Queen Display Height: 9.0 Inches
This boxspring is a nightmare to assemble, the instructions are not specific, and the tools they provide are a joke. The labeling makes little sense. Unless you have your own tools, a lot of patience, and a few hours… This is not the boxspring for you.. I don’t like that the wrap doesn’t cover the bottom. There are other ones that are easier to put together that are in the same price range. That said once it’s put together/ hours later, it is Solid ... show more

Great Purchase
Size: Queen Display Height: 9.0 Inches
Review Image by Sheron Bell Sheron Bell
So I really thought I would be sending this back. Only because it didn’t seem sturdy. The wooden parts were super light and seemed like it would break easily. However, when everything is out together it all worked out. This is an affordable purchase. However, you’ll put the work in by building it. Took my partner and I, about an hour to put it together mostly because the instructions were very confusing at first. All in all, I would recommend the purchase. I wish I did a video of building it which were my intentions. I also purchased the protection plan just in case anything happens to it. I don’t think I would go back to traditional box springs after this!! No more squeaks, I was soooo HAPPY!! ... show more

Not Solid Wood But Solid Overall
Size: Queen Display Height: 9.0 Inches
The wood parts are not made of solid wood. It's composite and hollow for the most part, which makes the parts light but the composite is still somewhat sturdy. The metal slats and supports are heavy and strong. Some of the metal stats had to be forced into place, others slid right in. Assembly is ok, took me about 90 minutes by myself. Would be easier with two people. Some of my metal slats looked used and included in two bundles. One bundle was zip tied, the others just loose. Could have been a return that was just packaged together, who knows. The cover included with my order smelled really really bad. Like it was made in a burning meth lab. I did not use it. Overall if I needed to buy a box spring again I would wait, save up my money and buy something of better quality. I am using the box spring however and so far it is working and solid. ... show more

Not so easy
Size: Full Display Height: 5.0 Inches
If you're not a handyman which in not the instructions could have been better illustrated. It took time cause it's only pictures that do not explain much.
