You get what you get for the price you pay. I just moved into an apartment and had zero furniture. I could not afford buying all new nice furniture unfortunately. But this couch had lasted 8 months and still in the same functionality as the day I built it. Incredibly easy to put together. Looks as pictured. Downside……it’s really not that comfortable. This couch is just small and uncomfortable. The backrest is short and too vertical. You get no lower back support and because it's so short, your shoulders and head get no support at all. After living with it for most of the year, I finally just have to call it a loss and start looking for a better option. It's not TOO expensive but for $200+ it should at least work as a comfortable seat, even if the materials aren't great. Another thing is that it came in 2 separate deliveries a few days apart. I had no idea of this upfront and after I contacted support for the missing pieces, they were almost upset with me for inquiring about where the rest of my order is. Customer support is terrible, just like the back support. Would not recommend. Just terrible as a something to sit on. ... show more

This is more cheaply made than IKEA‘s cheapest sofas. It is made with a very thin particleboard. The padding and cushioning is so thin and there’s not lots of support. Only sitting on it lightly and not excessive use would be recommended. Once you put it together as you can see in one of the photos, the backs don’t lineup, so it looks a bit odd. As you can see, the couch cushions are very very thin. So when you sit on them, you can feel everything underneath. Maybe 3 inches thick as you can see my finger is the same width and I don’t have large hands at all. On our sofa, the screws do not match up to put it together properly with the holes in the coordinating pieces. We were unable to put all the screws in due to this and have contacted the seller. We don’t want to drill the holes as the sofa is made out of cheap particleboard and will cause weakness and void out the warranty. However, the concept of the sofa is actually really amazing. It gives you the ability to transform the cell phone into multiple different arrangements so if you end up moving or you move it to another room you can rearrange and that alone is worth money. If it was just made out of better Would like a hardwood I would definitely pay $1000 per sofa. Also, if you look at the last photo, you’ll see that a lot of the stitching doesn’t line up. ... show more

A lot of these reviews are going to say it’s too small and that the pillows are not filled enough. It says a timeframe to allow the couch pillows to fluff up. Yes, poly fill is an option. I’m 5ft 11in and able bodied, I have no issue getting up and down or with the comfort. I can see people with back, hip, knee issues struggling to enjoy this however. But for a living room, people with small children, or college students. EXCELLENT ADDITION. Inexpensive and good quality. Easy setup only taking 35 minutes between me and my wife. 200$ to get a solid piece of furniture. Would buy again ✌️ ... show more
