  • Nice, but not as planned
Color: Brown
In the end, it came together. It happens to be Nov/Dec and construction took several days due to needing more than 2 people. We had to reach out to thr seller to swap out roof panels since the pre drilled holes didn't line up. The new panels didn't either. We did have to drill many of our own holes to be able to align the roof panels with the arms. A long drawn out process. It's sturdy enough though and looks very nice. The sellers have great communication and compensated our inconvenience. A strong wind does separate the curtains from the hooks, a minor nuisance. ... show more

  • It’s like a private Cabana in my backyard
Color: Brown
My brother and I spent around 4 hours putting this Gazebo together over the weekend. It was relatively easy to put together since all the pieces are labeled, but you do need at least two people for the assembly. We did get some additional help from two others to move the entire gazebo to its final spot since we want to lift all four legs at once. This minimize the chance of the connecting points from shifting. The most risky part is the roof panel install since you have to have one person hold it in place while another secured the bolts. It’s sloped at an angle so it’ll slide off if you don’t hold tight. We had one piece slide off and hit the corner, but luckily it was easy to bend back to place. So be extra careful on that step and keep others away while installing the roof panels. The gazebo provides much needed shade in our backyard and my wife loves the side curtains. She puts on three sides to create a Cabana similar to the ones in Vegas. This setup allows us to have outdoor dining without getting baked by the sun. It’s a beautiful looking Gazebo and we are loving it so far! ... show more

  • Great Customer Service
Color: Black
I read all the reviews on this particular gazebo, and the most discouraging were the assembly time and associated challenges. They were spot on. It took my husband and grown son all weekend plus additional week nights to finally get it assembled. The holes are NOT lined up accurately so you definitely need to have your drill handy or you won't be able to attach the roof pieces. We are pleased with the finished product, but it was very labor intensive. So far, we haven't had any rain or much wind but it appears to be pretty sturdy. We got an estimate prior to assembling ourselves and the minimum was $500. After all was said and done, it would have been worth it! P.S. Customer service contacted me regarding the problem with the holes not lining up. Expressed their appreciation to me for letting them know, and they assured me they would follow up to determine how that issue could be remedied. They also offered me a partial refund because of the additional time it took us to assemble the gazebo. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced! I would recommend this company to anyone and am happy to know that there are still good folks out there who stand behind their products. Thank you Pamapic for going above and beyond in customer satisfaction! ... show more

  • Beautiful-----two person job!
Color: Brown
The holes for the roof don't align. I find it hard to believe that this is still happening because I read other reviews that stated the same issue. The manufacturer really needs to retool and make the screw holes align. I purchased some self-tapping screws because some of the screws provided were not long enough. The gazebo, itself, is beautiful after completion, but it was not and easy job even for 3 people! The directions for assembly were somewhat confusing, and it took extra time to decipher them. I've just completed building the gazebo, so I guess weather will tell me how durable it will be. It's beautiful when completed, but just know you'll have your work cut out for you should you decide to purchase this item. ... show more

  • Awesome gazebo hardtop
Color: Brown
I was looking for a gazebo but really didn’t want a canvas top as the sun fades them and dries them out I came across this hardtop gazebo and gave it a shot . Installing it took about 4-5 hours with 2 people . You definitely need 2 people to do this project as putting up each leg you need someone to hold the sides while you work . Each piece is labeled for the appropriate spots . It has spots on the roof to hang a light or 2 with hooks to hold it . The roof top you need one person to hold the sheet while you screw it in or it wall slide out and fall out so be careful while doing this process . Well worth the time and energy you put into this gazebo after putting the final touches on it . The curtain is a nice bright brown color that swings on sliding hooks as well as a full netting for the bugs . The sides hold on as well by Velcro to keep the curtains and netting from moving all over the place . I have to say I’ve been very happy with the workmanship they put into this gazebo . This is a huge difference in the hardtop being out of the sun compared to fabric . Seems to stay a lot cooler inside . ... show more

  • Looks great and adds elegance to your space
Color: Brown
Our home came without a patio and we were thinking of building a wooden one but with the skyrocketing price of lumber during the pandemic, we decided to look into metal frame patios / gazebos. We really like the look of this one and didn't want to get one of those temporary cloth ones that you would have to take down or deal with cleaning after storms. We set it up and it really completes our backyard, is elegant, sturdy and the mosquito Nets are such a plus because of the crazy mosquitoes we are getting in Southern California this summer. We did recruit help from family members to build this, with four people, we were able to set it up within three hours. I'm sure a person can definitely do it solo. It's a good size, we are able to put a couch, a table and two chairs and it looks so beautiful with string lights draped under the Gazebo. Definitely would recommend! ... show more

  • Great … BUT ….
Color: Black
Although we understand this gazebo was to take a while to set up, we did not anticipate that none of the holes in the panels would line up. We had to drill holes in each panel. It added a few hours to the whole project. I’m quite disappointed, given the cost of the product. It took us 5.5 hrs one day and additional 1 hr the following day. And I have yet to put the curtains on. Yikes! HOWEVER, it’s beautiful and it will do the job that I want it too. UPDATE: I contacted the seller about this bc I felt it was necessary for quality purposes. They gave me a partial refund for my trouble. That says so much about their customer service. Yay lll take this as a win! ... show more
