Excellent collection of dumbbell exercises presented on a large laminated poster organized into groups like upper body, core, back, lower body and total body. Clear instructions with graphics make this a great wall hanging in any exercise room. There are bonus exercises on the reverse side. My only complaint is that to display the front and reverse sides on my wall I had to buy a second copy which doubled the cost. The poster is well-worth $7.99, but including tax the two copies came to over $19. I really found this very useful, so I paid the price to buy the two copies, but wish there was an offer to buy two copies without lamination to get the cost lower. Or even a bundles price for two copies with some discount. Hey, I bought two because this is a really useful good-looking guide that I wanted to display showing both sides, so I am clearlya big fan!
