Please excuse my last comment, it was a human error. Everything has arrived and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!…This armoire is so very beautiful, very sturdy and high quality. I love that it has strong metal brackets for the draws, not plastic. It has nice sturdy racks to hang clothes on in all three closets It can hold a lot. Didn’t take me long to assemble instructions are very easy to follow. It was well package and the wood is not cheap, very heavy so you gonna need two ppl to help you. Mr Brando ( I hope I got his name right) was so so nice. He resolved the issue quickly. Cris the delivery guy was so friendly and polite. Love that we could add more shelves to it, the size (depth height and width) is perfect for my kids bedroom. Switched the pulls for rubber ones from Amazon, and decided not to install the doors for easy access to my kid. I purchased 2 of these and had no issues. Easy to follow instructions. Great quality! Easy to assemble. You can do it alone, but I would suggest a second set of hands. I would recommend purchasing some small felt pieces from the hardware store for the inside of then doors so the doors don’t hit wood on wood. ... show more

Be careful when you buy from palace imports. They will create a shipping label right away so that you can’t cancel your order with them, even though it’s “free cancellation”. They also said they would price match for me after the same wardrobe went on sale a few days after I bought it, but now they are ghosting me and I have not received my refund. The piece is a pain to put together but it’s nice. Just buy it from a better company like wayfair or overstock. ... show more

Average quality. One piece of wood was short so there’s a gap, the paint on one of the shelves was all scuffed and hardened sharp so I probably need to sand and repaint (and I don’t have paint), no extra screws and one was bad, some dowels and shelf pins are oversized for the holes so need to rubber mallet them in. Drawers are a little wonky even after adjusting the tracks, one door is a little crooked because the predrilled holes were off slightly. Overall average cheap furniture quality, disappointed for the price. Becareful because the wood is soft and the screws can easily spin and get loose in this wood. Recommend second person for doors. I ordered extra shelves because I didn’t want hangers, so I paid like $950 for it and am overall slightly disappointed after being very careful with assembly. I could have got something similar/better delivered from a furniture store for an extra $200. ... show more
