Super-fast shipper, had to get another pair as I ordered the wrong size. These are really nice speakers. The 6.5's front door speakers I just installed sound fantastic so I would expect these to sound just as good but with a little more bass being 6x8s. I put these in my 1982 Ford Thunderbird. It had the original Ford factory speakers and they sounded crackily - These speakers were a HUGE upgrade. More clarity, a more dynamic sound and they can handle much more power (watts). They are a good value. Very clear sound. I did not buy these with an expectation of bass or anything other than balancing out my system. I have a bass speaker for bass. The sound is phenomenal! I will buy another pair of the same 6x8 for the rear doors.

For the money these speakers are hard to beat! I used them to replace the tired OEM speakers in my 2005 f250 crew cab. They sound loud and clear on just head unit power. I have a Kenwood excelon head unit.

One speaker went out over a week of use. Never turned up to max and speaker sounds like it's busted already. Other speaker doing just fine. Very clear sound and a little good bump, but not subwoofer bump. But better than stock speakers for sure.
