Very soft pillow, but low. This pillow was very comfortable, but I found myself having to put my arm under it to elevate it just a little bit. When it comes to comfort and softness I would definitely give it a 10/10. However because I’m a side sleeper I didn’t find it to be enough cushion. It’s medium in size and came in very useful when my ankle was swollen. I put it under my foot at night to sleep and it definitely helped to relieve the pressure and pain.

At first glance, I thought this pillow was going to be too soft to be supportive. However, it’s quite comfortable, and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. My neck was cradled as just the right height with enough support and flexibility to stay comfortable through the night and into morning. I would suggest using a pillow case as the nylon covering, while soft, irritated my face a bit. I ended up using a king size silk pillowcase to cover it, while a bit too large, it worked for my needs. I’m sure a standard size will fit as well. Since it’s memory foam, I have high hopes this pillow will last.

This pillow came in vacuum packed and when I opened it, wow, did it ever expand! Super comfy and no smell either. You can turn it around to get the best fit for your comfort. I found that it does not make me sweat at night like other pillows do. Since a shoulder injury, I can only sleep on my side and it is really hard to find a comfortable pillow that is supportive, but this pillow is a godsend! It supports side sleeping and I find I do not wake up with a sore neck in the morning. This pillow is a game changer in neck pain relief. I love how well designed this pillow is. It has superior quality support as well.

The pillow has an interesting design. The Amazon description seems to indicate that extra foam inserts are included, making it possible to adjust the height of the pillow, but there were no inserts included. Two people tried out the pillow; one of us has neck and back issues and one of us does not. For the person without neck and back issues, the pillow was comfortable for sleeping on the back, side, and stomach. However, for this person, regular pillows are comfortable, too, and there would be no reason to buy this special pillow. The person with neck and back issues uses other pillows to elevate his upper body, when sleeping; he hoped this pillow would work with the others for neck support and pain relief, but it did not. There are many types of neck and back issues that cause neck pain. The type of neck support required for pain relief varies. You might check with your doctor or physical therapist to see if they think this pillow would work for you.

Soft memory foam pillow specially shaped for cervical comfort. It's a little softer than standard memory foam, but still supportive enough to be used by itself, without extra support, at least for the first few days. It fits in a standard pillow covering for the most part, besides the very edge as it is shaped differently. Box came slightly beat up, but the pillow was wrapped and placed in a plastic sleeve. The sleeve was compressed, but not sealed. Only taped over the rolled end. Slight smell from manufacturing process and plastic, but I was able to use the first night with no discomfort from scent. Cover comes off fairly easy, but zipper seems weak and like it won't last through too many uses. Will edit review if anything happens. Overall everyone will have slight different experiences, but after the first week it's still ok.

This pillow is very comfortable no matter which side I lay on. It's also very comfortable when sleeping on my back. I can't say if it works for pain as I didn't get it for that purpose, but it's definitely more comfortable than any regular pillow I have used. Overall, I like it and will continue to use it.

The shape is unusual, but it still fits inside a king sized pillowcase. You need to air it out for a day when you open it due to the smell, but that isn’t dissimilar than other memory foam items. It is comfortable, and provides good support.
