I was really, really surprised with how great the quality was. The price was just so great, I thought - okay, if it feels or looks cheap - I'll send it back. Spoiler alert - this isn't cheap, shedding, thin, flat, or lumpy. Once you unfold it from the packaging, lay it where you want it and gently run your barefoot with and against the grain of the carpet - this helps it settle and smooth. I would have paid much more for this. Sharing the item link with all of my girlfriends that are also building out nurseries of their own. I actually brought this for my dog to lay on. He loves to go in the nursery and lay on the baby's soft carpet so I decided to look for a similar rug for him. It is so soft, light weight, and doesn't shed. Glad with my choice.

I've gotten lots of compliments on it. We did my daughter's newborn pictures on it and it's in her room now it's super super soft! Love how it feels when you walk on it. Its not good for tummy time due to the material but you could lay a recieving blanket down and it would be fine. After she gets bigger we plan to put it in the corner and make a reading book section in her room. So i love that it'll grow with her. We got this rug For my 3 year old son’s room. I started seeing little bites all over him. Then I start seeing fleas in his room. I vacuum the rug and it picked up a ton of fleas. I have never seen a flea in my house before I got this rug. I believe this rug was delivered to us with fleas. I am getting it out of my house immediately!!!!! ... show more

This is the 2nd time I've bought this carpet. It is very nice, soft, comfortable and large for the price when compared to other products of the same size. Keep in mind that it's cheap, and it's probably best in a low traffic area for the kids to play on or something. We had it in front of a crib, in a room with no other carpeting. There is lots of foot traffic and this carpet caught most of what was on the floor so it got dirtier than it would have in a different environment. It can be difficult to vacuum, but that's the best way to clean it. You can wash it on gentle cycle (used a washing machine without the center agitator), but the bottom of the carpet just flakes off every time and fills up the dryer filter with yellow crumbs. I was able to use it for 5 months before it got to the point that I went ahead and bought a new one. We are talking about a $26 piece of carpet here. I'm sure if I had used it in a low traffic area it would have had a much longer life. But I enjoyed it so much I bought it a 2nd time and will probably replace it again when this one wears out. ... show more

Got this in the mail today for our baby girls nursery and it is sooo soft. The bottom is a thick like memory foam so very cushy and soft for the baby to play on! LOVE IT!!!
