The media could not be loaded. The quality is nice, comfortable and big. But I am very disappointed. Whoever designed this chair did not think of the stylist. I am a braider and this was a headache. There was little to no instruction so if you don't have common sense it will not be easy for you to put this chair together. This chair does not move up and down freely. Most standard salon chairs with a hydraulic pump you operate with your foot. Stepping down on the pump so that the chair can raise up. With this chair you have to use your hand and pump it up to move the chair up and down. Now if you have a heavy client good luck with pumping it up. Its not logical for stylist that need to move there clients I'm sending this chair back I guess u get what you pay for. I dont recommend this chair ... show more

If you plan on using this in a salon servicing customers all day, buy elsewhere. This chair is nice looking, but is VERY unsteady. The chair wobbles/sways with every move my guest makes. The return process was a nightmare so I’m just dealing with them for now but I cannot wait to replace these. Definitely do not recommend. ... show more

So for the price, this chair is fine. It is very comfortable, and I have gotten a lot of compliments on that. It is easy to move people around in. It is a bit wobbly, which seems to be from there the circular part that is holding up the chair goes into the square bottom. I also agree with others that the foot pump is a little high or close to the chair, but I don’t feel like that makes it breaks the purchase. Mine also now makes this weird thump noise every time the chair is raised, but I’m hoping that was an error that was made when assembling. Going to have that checked out today. ... show more

It’s a Beautiful chair but hate that I have to pull the lever up with my foot instead of pushing it with the foot. I have to pull it up with my hands. Chair is big and wide but I’m Disappointed it’s too much work to return it.

If I could give this chair 0 stars I would. Not only is it extremely unsafe (almost every client has almost fallen before I catch them, given there is ZERO weight at the base) but it’s extremely short, and I’m only 5’2. Back problems are expected from being a stylist but this takes it to another level. Do not buy, unless you want a lawsuit on your hands. ... show more

I love this chair. It’s beautiful & was Easy for me to put it together. However, I’m disappointed at the moment bc the pump does not work. I need that to work so it can be of great use for my Salon

    • Bad hydraulic's
The chair, as in seat, is a decent quality. However, that said, this chair is unfortunately, very poor in quality. The hydraulic's did not work properly. You had to pump with the top of your foot and raise it, it would go up, but wouldn't come down. The base had no threads for the screws to go into. It was obviously returned, and I had no difficulty returning it to the seller. I'm just out the $40 shipping to get it, but didn't cost to return it. ... show more

    • Doesn’t stand, pump doesn’t work.

I was so excited for this to come in just to find out there’s no threads for the bolts to go in to hold the chair up, so I’m having to have a welder come and fix it. the pump doesn’t work, and the back won’t attach. I don’t recommend buying this chair at all. I’m very upset with my purchase.
