The cushions are soft; but the armchair pads are long and don’t fit our particular chair. I have the top ties tied around. (May snip the bottom ties so they don’t hang.) However, as decently comfortable the back is, it’s a massage cushion. The unit came with wires, plug, and a a remote. I only wanted new cushions for an old chair. Just received items. They are very nice soft and comfortable. Back cushion does not go all the way to the top of the chairs back. About 8 to 10 inches short of top. I have the exact rocking chair and ottoman that is pictured in the add. Disappointed about this since I am given my nephew and his wife the chair for when there baby is born. I used the chair for my son and he used it for his daughter. The original cushions have seen better days. They will make it work. Just wanted to make others aware of the above problem. ... show more

First off, the cushions did fit my glider and they are fairly comfortable (the back portion in very full and doesn't leave as much space for the sitting). However, I ordered the sand color and it is gold--not the color I was expecting, nor do I love it. I cannot return the cushions because return shipping was over $100 and the company doesn't pay for returns. They did offer a small discount for me to keep the cushions but the discount didn't even cover the original shipping fee of $30. Consequently, I've spent quiet a bit of money on a product I don't particularly like. Bottom line: If you are absolutely positive that a) the cushions will fit and b) you'll like the color, go ahead and order. But if you have the slightest doubt that these cushions won't meet your expectations, find a company that has a better return policy. ... show more

The fabric is soft. The seat back cushion is thick, well padded, and comfortable. The other cushions are firm foam and not very cushy. The foam on the armrests is too thin and I can feel the wooden arms underneath. I wish the seat cushion had the same style padding as the back cushion.

These cushions are comfortable enough but the color description was not correct. I ordered sand color and what I received was a bright gold. Not happy with Company they have refused to send a postage paid label for return and it is 100.00 through Ups and more at PO.

So much cheaper than buying a new glider. I repurposed my dark brown glider with torn up cushions by painting it white and purchasing these cushions. My glider is like new and super soft and comfy. The padding is fluffy and did I mention SOFT! The fabric is so smooth. Everything fits well backing, seat, and arms. I knew what to expect with the ottoman pad. It is wonky. I plan on removing the square pad and just customizing the fabric around the original ottoman by sewing in elastic like a sheet. Only tiny issue was the fabric ripped a small hole when I was securing the ties. I will reinforce with some extra stitches. OVERALL: I love it and so do my kids. ... show more

These chair cushions are very comfortable and everything fit except for the foot rest cushion. I think if it was more of a slip over cover for the foot rest, then I would give 5 stars. Our foot rest has a fixed cushion on it that will need to have Staples removed to change the cushion. This was actually for my 76 year old mom so staple removal isn't so easy.
