If you have kids like mine they like to watch what the other one is doing so they can tattle, haha. Now with them doing online schooling I can set them up at the table (one on each end and they have privacy. more than enough room for them to put their chromebooks and notepads. I got this to help create a space for my kid to focus on his distance learning. This item is helpful in our limited apartment space. I'm pleased that after a week or so of using it, my small children have not yet managed to break it. My kid's table is just a little bit smaller than this privacy board, so I found myself constantly adjusting it after a small bump. Because of this, I ended up duct taping this to the table. The board itself is thick and sturdy and it stands well. Just be careful with the folds. They are attached to the main body by paper and I feel like they will separate pretty easily. Perfect for shielding our cats' litter boxes! Our 3 felines eschew covered boxes, resulting in copious amounts of scattered litter, but standing these boards alongside 2 edges of each box reduces the mess considerably. So far, the shields are stable enough that the cats don't tip them over. Since they are cardboard, I'm not sure how long they will last, but for now the solution is delightful, and has substantially reduced my vacuuming chores! ... show more

These are very simple and as long as you have a wall or something behind it they are great. If there is nothing solid behind it you may want to tape it to the desk, depending on your child and situation.

Just finished up our first year of homeschool and I think having more defined workspaces would benefit us so we are going to try these out. Pretty decent for the price they have no issues standing up even after I attached some stuff to them. I spray painted them and the took the paint fine
