Just like the product description says, put in two AAA batteries and you're already watching TV. No set up required. Our old Roku remote was so sad. My husband kept saying it wasn't working and I was in denial. Just hold it at a certain angle, press the button again!! Well, I was wrong. The new remote works like lightning and is such a huge improvement. I put batteries in and literally, that's it. It worked immediately with no programming or any issues at all. Good job!

Remote worked fine for 2 months. Then just died. Never worked again, changed batteries and still nothing. Getting a hold of the seller was near impossible, the way Amazon makes it, honestly so i gave up. Looks like im going to have to buy another one, unfortunately. Durability in question but maybe i got a bad one? After reading my review, the company reached out and offered a full refund. Outstanding customer service like this is not often seeing these days. I've changed my review from one Starr to four stars due to the companies response. I'm gonna chalk it up to me. Getting a bad Unit.

My Sony TV remote for my SONY XBR65X900F TV finally died. It started one night with the left back button not working and the next day the entire thing went kaput. I found this one it was the closest looking remote to the OG SONY that I have had for five years. I read the reviews…of course there will be some not so great reviews as per usual. There was one review where the person said they had to do no set up whatsoever!! They put in X2 AAA batteries pressed the ON button and they were good to go. This was what I was looking for. So…I ordered it …IT WORKS!!
