I already know I'm going to like this. It's the same size silicone mold people (who are posting about making the Dubai chocolate bars) are using. I now understand why. Because it's made well. And because it silicone it will be easy to use. It functions well because of the way it's designed. It's a nice thickness and the silicone (being so pliable) will make it very easy to remove the chocolate bar once is done. It's the perfect size and I'm looking forward to using it a lot.

I re-started a keto diet and wanted to make some fat bombs for snacking. This product does the trick! The recipe I followed makes 30 servings, which is perfect since one of these chocolate bar molds happen to make 30 little portions. It's much easier than filling 30 tiny individual silicone cups, that's for sure! One thing I'd warn about, and this isn't at all a design flaw but user-error prevention, if you're going to be transferring melted chocolate from counter to freezer, put the molds on something solid like a cutting board. Otherwise, they'll flop around as soon as you pick them up and chocolate will go everywhere. I'm not saying *I*, in my vast intelligence, made this mistake. But if I had made that mistake, I wouldn't tell you strangers about it :-) Frozen chocolate, coconut oil, and peanut butter came out of the molds super easy. Just pop them out. Clean-up was a breeze...just hot water was really all I needed, though I used soap and a sponge because I'm not gross. Highly recommended!
