These can be used for chocolate candy molds and other things. I make sugar free chocolate candies with pecan butter. I melt butter and coco then add Pyure (Erythritol: Natural Sweetner) and a little Vanilla extract. I place the mixture in a squeeze bottle and put a little in the candy mold. Next I place a small Pecan Nut Butter (grind dry roasted pecans, pinch salt, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla exteact) balls in the candy mold and top off with more chocolate sauce. I place the molds in the freezer. Once chilled, I pop out the candy and put them in a container with a little parchment paper and eat them!

This is my second purchase - to have more. When I make chocolates in these molds anyone that I give them to etc always ask “DID YOU MAKE THESE?” They turn out amazing and beautiful, it seems messy when they are filled but they come out perfect after the refrigerator/freezer

After spending $30 on 9 allergy friendly truffles we decided to make our own. This was my second try, still figuring out how to get the bottoms flat but basically over the moon with these. Not including these molds, I spent about $10 in butter, cream and chocolate chips and made about 45 truffles..

So the molds look nice and everything but the star one came with a giant hole in one of the cavities. It's disappointing but I guess it happens. I don't want to return the whole thing over one hole but it's not great to get something that's already defective. Have yet to use the molds yet but will try to update when I do.
