An excellent little appliance that takes away the need for a double broiler for melting your chocolate melts. The silicone bowl cleans easily, and the units is extremely easy to use. The only thing I would add is a thermometer function.

I was constantly burning chocolate trying to melt it in the microwave (the way the candy melts instructions say to!) and working over the stove with a double boiler is too much of a hassle. This works quickly and easily, with no fuss and no issues. I let my chocolate melt while I’m doing other things, and the keep warm function keeps it from cooling while I’m working.
