Description

This package includes a radio replacement interface module, a dash kit, antenna adapter, and a flush mount USB cigarette adapter for the installation of an aftermarket radio in select 2003-2006 Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, SSR, Colorado, and Avalanche vehicles. The replacement interface module retains factory connections, rear seat audio controls, BOSE audio systems. It however does not retain climate control steering wheel control but it does support dual zone audio functions.

Make sure you order exactly what you need for your install, because this was way more than my truck required. I do not have onstar or rear entertainment so I paid for stuff that was not necessary. Regardless, it installed and worked properly. The steering wheel controls required no calibration which was a timesaver. It takes up a lot of space under your dash so make sure you have the extra room. The door chime sounds like crap though. Still give it 5 stars. PAC makes good stuff ... show more

Ensure the correct application, follow the directions, and it works perfectly. Steering wheel controls work correctly, works the the Premium Bose system. Plug and play with Pioneer 4660.

Bought this for my 04 suburban and 07 hummer H2 was expensive but retained the factory Bose system also made them louder than factory

For my application this unit allowed me keep all factory options installed in the vehicle as well as add a backup camera. Follow the directions provided and cross reference them with the head unit of your choice for correct wiring For my install it was a Jensen car710w. Most wire colors were a direct match for my application. The bezels provided make it look as if was factory installed but the directions are so so.     • Perfect Fit for my 2004 Tahoe w/ BOSE
Worked great in my 2004 Tahoe Z71 with the factory BOSE system. Installed using an Alpine navigation head unit and the BOSE system came alive. It is really under powdered with the stock head unit. It was kind of a pain stuffing all those boxes and wires back in the dash once I added the PAC TR-7 video bypass along with everything in this kit but I shoe horned it all in there and everything worked first try. A must have if you want to keep all the factory switches and connections for a clean and professional install. The instructions could be a little more clear about the navigation wires on the module (pink & light green) those kind of threw me off for a few minutes but after searching on Google determined those are only used if your vehicle came with a head unit that had FACTORY navigation. I ordered the kit for my 05 silverado and only received the dash kit. I will change my review once I receive just the radio replacement kit and my refund
