These oils are great. I love all 6 scents, and that's saying ALOT. Most smells give me migraines, I've never bought scented oils before, and usually scent-wise I can only handle Tyler wax melts in a limited selection. Air fresheners, most candles, and cleaning products kill me, as do most laundry soaps or incense. So I decided to take a chance on these. I love for my house to smell really good, and I've got three wax warmers spread around my house. I usually pop a new wax square in every 3-4 days, but it gets expensive! So, I got the grand idea that I could just add some oil drops to the wax that was already in there to refresh the scent, but I wasn't sure where to start..... There are SO many choices! I was torn between getting "essential oils" (expensive, limited selection, would I even like the smells?) and fragrance oils (cheaper, better selection, "blends" of different smells to achieve something harmonious) and decided on the latter. I wasn't trying to fix my inner self or reach some higher spiritual plane, or cure nose cancer, or sleep like the living dead, or drink the stuff to relive my ibs, or whatever those essential oils are supposed to magically do (if they are magical, please correct my erroneous assumptions, I apologize in advance for my ignorance on the subject) but I just wanted my house to smell pretty, and these absolutely work for that. I've been adding about 5-10 drops a day to my wax warmers. These scents are all great individually on their own. They all have a different and distinct and pleasent smell. My favorite way to use them is by mixing them up...2-3 drops of one, 3 or 4 of another. A drop of this or that.... 7-10 drops last about 24 hours. It's better for me to use only 4-5 at a time, then add 4-5 more after 12 hours. It just doesn't take much at all. They are not overpowering, they don't have that clingy sickly sweet odor. It never smells like I'm hiding a dead body in the closet so I poured out every perfume known to man to try and hide the scent. They must be formulated of high quality ingredients because they don't give me that instant headache like cheap oils in the candle isle at Walmart. Describing the scents....hmmm, hard to do but I'll try. Maybe it will help someone. I would've loved a description when I was searching reviews (I'm not getting paid to review, I didn't get some sort of discount....I wish I knew how that was even done, I love free stuff!) These scents overall can best be compared to walking thru a greenhouse on an early morning in the spring. Flowers in bloom, but not perfumey (is that even a word?) the smell of wet earth. New leaves. If I were having tea in a Japanese garden, these are the scents I imagine I could smell. Exotic, but not in a culture shock kinda way? More subtle and gentle and natural. Like the outdoors, but in a foreign land. A botanical garden. Oh, and the box----I love it! It's just easier to store those bottles in there (I leave it on its end, not lying flat in case the lids aren't on good) it's a nice box, not just cheap paper that will fall apart. The band slides off the end to hold it together so the lid doesn't pop off and the bottles come flying out. It's nice enough for a gift presentation. I'm going to buy my mom a set for Christmas. It looks very "designer". It also came with a brochure with examples of different ways to use the oil, from in the bath to making candles. This is my fave smells to use for spring. They are such soft but wonderful scents. They last a long time anda little goes a long way.

I just received my first set of the essential oils. I got the “far east” set. There is not a smell in there that I don’t already love! I will definitely be purchasing more oils in the future.

I love this brand, not just for the wonderful scents, but also because they are very concentrated, so they last a long. I use it for my aroma burner, and literally 2-3 drops are enough (considering that my burner is on for at least 12 hours a day). Totally recommend them!

These work well to add to my cleaning supplies but for a diffuser, some of them smell soapy to me. I do love many of the scents from this brand like the Forest & Pine. I buy those over and over instead of constantly burning candles that are too hot during the summer here in Tucson. But overall this particular selection is a 3/5 for me. ... show more
