After removing boat from lake, I plugged my trailer back into the truck. Few minutes later lights went out. Fuses were good, wireing seemed to be ok but no lights. This adapter has been wiring great with my 2021 GMC Acadia AT4's factory 7-blade harness. I have two trailers that I tow but they are both 4 pin. For the extra $1 to get the 5-pin it was worth it. I do chew a trailer to tow eventually with a 5-pin so we will find out how it works there.

    • GREAT buy for a trailer light hook up!
This is a great purchase. Went to rent a Uhaul trailer last month, pulled it out of the SUV and the Uhaul guy was impressed. He didn't even know such a product was available. Worked like a charm and a bargain at that. Uhaul wanted $17 to rent their conversion set up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This fits my Tesla Model Y tow outlet and matches to U-Haul trailer easily and flawlessly. Pops in securely and is removable with a little effort. Solid enough I won't have to buy it again, but I would if I needed another adapter like this.
