This bed tops my list of best purchases of all time. Just a little background, I have moderate back issues including occasional sciatic episodes. I’m 44 and until this bed, I’ve never been comfortable sleeping in a traditional bed. In recent years, I’ve taken to sleeping on a twin innerspring mattress placed directly on the floor. While this helped me, it wasn’t exactly a dream and I needed a more permanent sleeping space. This bed was exactly what I’ve needed. It was packed as described and extremely easy to move upstairs by myself with a dolly. It was easy to remove from the box and the directions for setup were simple and accurate. Recommended setup time was 24-48hours which was the hardest part. I wanted to test it out so badly, a true test of patience lol. I put my linens on it around hour 36 and slept in it a few hours after. I ordered a firm mattress and it was exactly that. I was almost concerned that I chose poorly but seconds after laying still, it gave way ever so slightly like a gentle hug, but still felt firm. I slept all night, didn’t even wake for the mid-night pee. In fact I was in the same position come morning that I fell asleep in the night before. AND my back did not hurt!!! After a couple weeks of use, I’m beyond happy with this bed. I’ve never slept so sound and I feel more rested than ever. Get this bed, you won’t be disappointed!!

This is a true medium-firm mattress. A few years ago we bought another in-a-box mattress here on Amazon and it ended up proving to be too firm for us, even though it was advertised as medium-firm. This mattress is what we should have gotten back then. It's firm enough to support a large adult male and average sized adult female without sinking all the way down to the frame, and it also still feels soft and comfortable. As someone who has only rarely been able to get to sleep on my back due to mattresses being too firm, this is a welcome relief. It contours to your body and provides support naturally while still being firm enough to hold you up. You don't sink into it, it just seems to adjust to your shape and support you. We've only had it about a week - I will continue to provide updates to this review as time passes.

You can not beat this bed when you consider the price to the level of quality provided. The bed was shipped to Puerto Rico and arrived on time. It was super easy to open, and was fully inflated within 14 hours, also no unusual orders. The bed is very comfortable, we've had it for over 10 days now and we absolutly love it. It is on the softer side, so if you prefer a harder mattress this may not be the one for you. We purchased the queen size 10 inch option.

Recently purchased this mattress. (Full size) I was looking for something affordable and I came across this. Does not compare to the one I had before but it definitely does the job to sleep comfortably. And definitely does not have springs. I hate those. It feels firm, sinks into your body, and does not make noise or hard movements to whoever is sleeping next to you. I do recommend it for anyone who wants to purchase this. And for the price, you can't complain.

Super comfy, good for people with chest and back pain, I’ve had multiple heart surgeries and have also broken my back before, the mattress I had was starting to cause me a lot of pain and it was time for a new one, I got the 12inch king and it is great! I can sleep in all my usual positions and do so feeling no pain like I normally would. Great for minimal pressure on sore areas and I would 100% recommend.
